Truly Pacificool have delivered what we have in mind to have easy to install machines instead of the complex ones CCA has been dealing with for many years. They have made installations in our neighboring countries like Samoa and New Caledonia and are very popular as they deal with their customers with utmost care and attention which is second to none, seriously.
We had about 70 people over for an event and had the wrong Coupler for our European Kegs, we realised at 345pm on Saturday Afternoon. I called up and spoke to an AMAZING lady on the phone ‘Sorry we are not open but we wont let anyone not be able to pour Beer, I am at Kmart shopping but can be there in 10-15 minutes’. Absolute above and beyond. Thank you for the amazing service.
